Role Overview

Position: Associate - Operations

Location: Bengaluru

Team: Operations

What You’ll Own:

-Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of on-site operations related to electrical systems.

-Support installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical infrastructure at client/project sites.

-Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

-Perform site audits, prepare reports, and escalate issues where necessary.

-Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients during execution stages.

-Ensure all safety and compliance norms are followed on-site

What You Bring

-B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

-Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, load management, and safety standards.

-Willingness to travel and work on-site as per operational demands.

-Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on approach to technical challenges.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

-Passion for electric mobility, green tech, or future mobility is a strong plus
